KARACHI, Dec 04 (TNS): Widening cracks in Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) are visibly emerging as another one of its frontline comrades in the aspect of Kamran Tessori has decided to distance himself from the party.
Tessori on Sunday has confirmed reports of differences within the party by saying “sitting at home due to the differences.” because he felt he was not consulted for important decisions despite holding a senior position in the party
He said the Amir Khan group was getting stronger than the Farooq Sattar group, which left him with no option other than leaving the party.
The disgruntled MQM-P leader said he would soon address a press conference and announce his future plans.
Tessori also did not travel to Hyderabad with the party leadership to attend the MQM’s rally on Sunday.
On the other hand Party chief Dr Faroq sattar has has used his mother and wife to pacify Tessori and persuade him to reverse his decision.
