WASHINGTON Dec 04 (TNS): Pakistan’s Consul General in Chicago Faisal Niaz Tirmizi says Pakistan and the United States need to work together for a political settlement of the Afghan conflict.
Addressing a conference at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he said peace and stability in Afghanistan is the common aspiration of Pakistan and the United States, and it is also vital for regional peace.
