A seminar to highlight Kashmir cause held in Islamabad

Islamabad, Dec. 13 (TNS): A seminar held in Islamabad to highlight the miseries being faced by people of Indian occupied Kashmir.

Kashmir Institute of International Relations organized the seminar to aware the world and political parties in Pakistan about atrocities and brutalities being faced by people of IOK.

Abdul Basit, former High Commissioner to India, said that there should be further steps must be taken for resolving the Kashmir issue.

Abdul Basit stressed upon internationalization of Kashmir issues at all world forum including the UN.

Ambassador Zamir Akram said that freedom movement in Kashmir cannot be linked to terrorism because according to UN resolutions Kashmiri people have the right to decide their future.

PPP leader Senator Sherry Rehman said that her party always raised the issue of Kashmir in a loud voice.

She said Former military dictator General Pervez Musharraf harmed Kashmir casue.

PLM-N Senator Raja Zafar ul Haq said that soon all parties conference will be held on Kashmir issue to adopt unanimous strategy.

“Kashmir will soon become Pakistan”, he concluded.
