ISLAMABAD Dec 19 (TNS): Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique says that before issuing remarks, honourable judges should also think about their status.
Speaking to media personnel, a furious Khawaja Saad Rafique slammed PTI Chairman Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen during his talk.
Saad Rafique said that Imran Khan was thinking that he had finally obtained a clean chit from the Supreme Court when he had failed to answer important questions.
“Someone should ask Imran Khan as to what business does he do? Neither did he disclose his source of income nor did he explain how his tax does not exceed Rs 200,000,” said Khawaja Saad Rafique.
The PML-N leader and federal minister said that questions were raised on the clean chit that was given to PTI.
“No honourable judge was appointed as the monitoring judge in the case of PTI,” he said. “Neither was a JIT formed to probe the matter. It is then that people question the ‘clean chit’ given to PTI,” he added.
Referring to judges of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that their decisions should be respected. However, he said that judges should also take care in issuing remarks.
“Honourable judges should also think about their status before issuing remarks,” he said.
