PTI decides to stage protest against the delay in merger of FATA in KP

ISLAMABAD, Dec 23 (TNS):  Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) on Saturday has decided to stage protest against the delay in merger of FATA in KP and send Party Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi  to represent the party in the All Parties Conference (APC).

The decision was made in a core committee meeting of the party to discuss the ongoing political conditions and matters regarding the future strategy.

The senior PTI leaders including Asad Umar, Fawad Chaudhry, Shafqat Mehmood and others attended the meeting at their chairman’s Bani Gala residence.

Naeemul Haq and Imran Ismail were also present in the core committee meeting under the PTI chief.

The PTI leaders discussed their strategy to participate in the APC organised by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT).

Imran Khan and other members exchanged views on the FATA reforms and its merger in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

They discussed the PTI strategy to counter the future movement of ex-PM Nawaz Sharif for justice. Imran Khan himself had summoned the meeting to discuss matters of significance.
