Islamabad, Dec. 24 (TNS): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb says the Speakers’ Conference would help improve image of Pakistan and create awareness about its immense contribution in the war against terror, state media reported.
She said this in an interview in Islamabad on Sunday.
The Minister of State said theme of the conference was quite relevant to the ground realities. She said the issue of terrorism is not just Pakistan or Afghanistan specific but concerns the entire region. Similarly, she said, connectivity is also a matter of great interest and significance to all countries of the region.
Marriyum Aurangzeb said the six countries can effectively tackle challenges in these fields through collaboration and unity.
