MOSCOW Dec 25 (TNS): Russia has called on the United States and North Korea to hold talks aimed at de-escalating tensions around North Korea’s nuclear and missile program.
During a meeting in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia is ready to facilitate such negotiations.
