LAHORE Dec 29 (TNS): Minister for Railways Khawja Saad Rafique says those creating misunderstanding among institutions are enemies of the country.
In a statement, he said his statement regarding state institutions during his speech on death anniversary of his father, was taken out of context by some news channels.
The minister said he is a responsible person and has never adopted none-serious and unconstitutional behavior and never targeted the institutions.
He said his speech on the death anniversary of his father was about harmony among institutions to work for betterment of the country.
