PESHAWAR, Jan 08 (TNS): The security forces foiled drugs smuggling bids and arrested two during separate actions in different areas of the provincial capital on Monday.
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) during action at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar recovered 150 heroin filled capsules (390gm ice heroin) from stomach of a passenger leaving for Sharjah through a private airline flight.
Another drugs pusher identified as Jehanzeb was held after recovery of two kilogram hashish during search of a vehicle at Motorway Toll Plaza in Peshawar. Separate investigation in both incidents was kicked off.
