Multan, Jan. 14 (TNS): Students of Bahauddin Zakariya University in Multan launched protest campaign against wedding reception of PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s son which ruined the campus’s sports ground.
To celebrate his son’s wedding in full glory, Qureshi ruined the Sports ground of Bahauddin Zakariya University in Multan.
Some 25,000 people were invited to the reception ceremony of Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s son.
In an effort to accommodate the large number of guests, two grounds were merged. The wall of the ground was broken and chains were cut off.
In protest against the move, students of the Zakariya University launched a social media campaign against the university administration.
According to reports, the university asked for a rent of only Rs5,000 for the ground.
