Fazlullah deserves death penalty: says his father in law Sufi Mohammad

Peshawar, Jan. 19 (TNS): Leader of the banned Tehreek Nifaz-e-Shariat Mohammadi (TNSM) Sufi Mohammad said on Friday that Tehreek-e-Taliban posses all signs of being apostates and the only punishment that TTP chief Mullah Fazlullah, his son-in-law, deserves death penalty.

While giving an interview to a private news channel, he said the it is prohibited in Islam to fight against the Pakistan state and its forces.

The leader of the proscribed organisation also said the country would have been divided if it was not for the Army and the soldiers are like Mujahideen (holy warriors).

Sufi Mohammad, elaborating on the activities of the TTP further, said it is strictly prohibited in the religion to kill woman and children, and those responsible for the APS massacre are worse than infidels.

He also regretted the attack on Malala and said she was a child and should not have been attacked, adding that he is not against educating children.

The TSNM chief also added that he had raised awareness in writing regarding permission for children’s education.
