Islamabad, Jan. 19 (TNS): National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and Army Medical Corps (AMC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen resilience against natural disasters.
It was signed by Chairman NDMA Lt Gen Omar Mahmood Hayat and Surgeon General Pakistan Army Lt General Zahid Hamid in Islamabad.
Speaking at the occasion, Chairman NDMA expressed the confidence that cooperation between the two institutions will further help save lives and communities during disasters.
