Quetta, Jan. 30 (TNS): Two bogies of a Karachi-bound train derailed when a bomb blast hit the main railway line near Mangoli area of Balochistan’s Nasirabad district on Tuesday.
According to officials, unidentified men had planted an improvised explosive device at the track linking Balochistan with the rest of the country and detonated it when Bolan Mail was near Mangoli area.
A portion of the track was also damaged.
Law enforcement agencies reached the site and cordoned off the entire area and started investigation.
The train service remained suspended for some time after explosion.
