ISLAMABAD Feb 02 (TNS): Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that PML-N will go to the court of masses in the next general elections and once again will emerge victorious.

Talking to a news channel, she said no other power or authority could compete with the power of the people.

She said the masses have spurned the politics of sit-ins as was evident from their non-participation in Lahore rally by the joint opposition.

The Minister of State said now the politics will be done on the basis of performance and service to people.

Responding to a question, Marriyum Aurangzeb said an elected Prime Minister was sent home on the basis of ‘Iqama’, but that verdict was not accepted by the people of Pakistan and even the civil society had disapproved it.

About PTI Chief Imran Khan, she said the PTI Chief attacked the parliament, ridiculed the judiciary and abused the state institutions, but nobody took any notice of it.
