Indian Army will give a befitting a reply to Pakistan: threatens vice army chief

New Delhi, Feb. 5 (TNS): The Indian Army will continue with the process of giving a befitting a reply to Pakistan’s actions, Vice Chief of the Army Staff threatened on Monday.

Indian official was referring to four of its army personnel killed in Sunday’s retaliate action of Pakistan along the Line of Control (LoC).

“We will continue with our process of giving a befitting reply. (Our) action will speak for itself,” said Lt Gen Sarath Chand in response to a question from the media on the sidelines of an event.

Four Indian army personnel, including a Captain, were killed on Sunday in retaliate action by the Pakistan Army in Poonch and Rajouri sectors along the LoC.

The personnel have been identified as Capt. Kapil Kundu, Havildar Roshan Lal, Rifleman Ramavatar and Rifleman Subham Singh.
