Imran announces to move court against Abid Boxer s confessional statement

LAHORE, Feb 08 (TNS): Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan on Thursday has announced to move court against Abid Boxer s confessional statement regarding carrying out encounters on Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Shehbaz Sharif s orders.

Talking to media, Imran Khan said that five people were killed by police in Sabzazar. He said the nation is happy that Supreme Court (SC) is ensuring supremacy of law in the country.

PTI Chief further said that ‘Nawaz Sharif mafia’ is attacking the court. He further challenged the Pakistan Muslims League-Nawaz (PML-N) of holding three times bigger rally on the same venue they organize their public gathering.

Talking on the Mashal Khan lynching case, Imran Khan said that he was killed after a proper planning.

Earlier on Wednesday, most wanted criminal and ex-police inspector Abid Boxer was arrested from Dubai through Interpol. He is accused of having links with the underworld and considered as a mastermind of fake police encounters.

Sources told Abid Boxer would be handed over to Pakistani authorities soon.
