Bahawalpur, Feb 15 (TNS): A girl has allegedly been gang raped by two men within Saddar Yazman police jurisdiction Bahawalpur, police said.
Javed Anwar a resident of Chak no 39/DB Bahawalpur lodged a complaint with the local police stating that his daughter Aqsa Bibi 14 went to her uncle Muhammad Irshad,s home for tuition but did not return home. He said over her late he and his two other neighbors Tariq Mehmood and Qasim Hussain went from home to search her in frantic condition and found her unconscious condition lying in an empty plot. The complainant while quoting her daughter said that his daughter was returning home after tuition when Glulam Murtaza and Muhammad Ishfaq the residents of same locality waylaid her and abducted her on gunpoint and took her to an empty plot where they raped her umpteenth time and fled the scene. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
