Chairman CDA directs staff to build fence around  sessional nullahs in Islamabad

Islamabad, Feb 16 (TNS): Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Usman Akhtar Bajwa has directed staff to build fence and clean sessional nullahs in Islamabad.

The small and big sessional nullahs in Islamabad are turned into polluted drains when people thrown garbage and sewage of the nearby houses flow into the streams which giving stinking smell and causing several disease.

The polluted drains and streams will be clean within one month and Chairman CDA will review the progress. The Assistant Director Sanitation has said that there are around 100 sessional nullahs in Islamabad he said the CDA is building fence around the nullahs to discourage peoples who catapulting garbage in drains and fine will be imposed on them.
