Rawalpindi, Feb 21(TNS): A student killed on Wednesday when a local bus ran over him when he was trying to catch it within Gujar Khan Police jurisdiction.
Eyewitnesses said that, the student was trying to catch the bus but the driver hit him and sped the bus as result he was killed on the spot while driver fled the scene leaving the victim in the pool of blood. The deceased has been shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. After the incident students then turned into a motley mob who torched the bus and blocked Lahore-Islamabad GT Road, calling for punishing the driver.
