Rehman Malik condemns Quetta attacks

Islamabad, Feb. 28 (TNS): Former interior minister Rehman Malik on Wednesday strongly condemned deadly attacks on security forces.

Hours after two cops were gunned down in Quetta, the provincial capital rocked by a suicide blast which claimed four lives of security personnel.

According to officials, a suicide bomber blew himself at Frontier Corps (FC) post in Quetta’s Nohsar area on Wednesday evening.

Six others sustained injuries in an attack, officials added.

Senator Rehman Malik condemning the terror attacks said that the sacrifices of our brave armed forces in the war against terrorism will not be gone in vain.

He said that the nation is proud of their brave soldiers and their sacrifices.

“It is time to say that we all are united against the terrorism. We have to eliminate the mindset and nurseries of terrorists”, Senator Rehman Malik added.
