Islamabad, March 07 (TNS): In a major development, Chairman NAB Javed Iqbal ordered complaint verification of suspected money laundering allegations against Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, says the anti-graft watchdog.
In a brief statement, NAB has said that the complaint verification against Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif have been initiated on suspected allegations which is not final at this stage.
“NAB will provide ample opportunity to Foreign Affairs Khawaja Asif to confront alleged allegations of money laundering as per law. And final decision will be made on the basis of solid evidence as per law”, the statement read.
