Islamabad, March 12 (TNS): Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal on Monday inaugurated new building of National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) headquarters in the federal capital.
Ahsan Iqbal took a round of the newly built structure and also chaired a meeting related to internal security.
The minister, on occasion, launched an application through which the general public can lodge complaints with the NACTA about hate speech.
Ahsan said this application will help counter extremism and terrorism through direct involvement of the people.
The minister asked the NACTA officials to take timely action on the complaints to make application effective to curb hate speech.
