Bid to smuggle ammunition to Karachi foiled in Kohat

Kohat, March 21 (TNS): The Kohat Police on Wednesday foiled a bid to smuggle ammunitionย  to Karachi from Kohat.

Acting on tip-off the Station House Officer (SHO) Lachi Police Stationย  Tahir Nawaz and Assistant Sub-Inspector Wali Bat Khan has stopped a car at toll plaza and recoveredย  46 pistols, and huge amount of bullets. The identity of smugglers could not be ascertained immediately. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
