Islamabad, March 25 (TNS): A three-day workshop on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will begin in Islamabad from 10th of next month, says a press release issued by National University of Science and Technology.
The workshop titled ‘CPEC: harnessing the opportunities and addressing the challenges’ will highlight the challenges and opportunities CPEC provides to the businesses, industries and people at large.
It will also help bridge information and perception gap between the public and private sector about the project.
The workshop will take stock of progress made thus far in the implementation of various projects under CPEC and provide inputs to policymakers for necessary initiatives and reforms to achieve the desired objectives of the CPEC.
The skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies will also be highlighted during the different sessions of workshop with a view to overcoming these deficiencies.
The workshop is being organized by National University of Science and Technology.
