Lahore March 27 (TNS): In a horrific incident, guards of the Services Hospital Lahore tortured and killed a man — who was visiting the gynecology ward along with his pregnant sister — after a quarrel when doctors and the nursing staff allegedly refused the family admission to the ward.
According to sources, Sunail along with other family members was visiting the hospital with his pregnant sister when the security guards manhandled them at the entrance of the gynecology ward. The security guards allegedly tortured and thrashed the family and Zeshan sustain fatal injuries to his head and he later died.
The family left the hospital in protest and got an FIR registered against the hospital administration and the security guards. Meanwhile, the Punjab chief minister has sought a report of the incident.
