ISLAMABAD, March 27 (TNS): Then Islamabad Police teams have left for Lahore and different other cities of Punjab to arrest Khadim Hussain Rizvi Tehreek-i-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah leader and 480 other activists nominated in different cases in connection with the Faizabad sit-in.
The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Najeebur Rehman had constituted an eight-member team under the supervision of a deputy superintendent of the police to arrest accused. Earlier an Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has declared Kahdim Rizvi and Afzal Qadri absconders. Rizvi was nominated in 27 cases in different police stations of Islamabad and court has issued the non-bailable arrest warrant in 14 cases.
