The lone Hockey Stadium in twin cities still to be completed since its construction was started four years ago.
Corrupt officials in Communication and Works Department Rawalpindi damaged CM Punjab efforts to provide best sports facilities to Punjab youth.
Initial cost of the project was Rs 70 million but despite spending more than Rs 170 million it could not be functional.
The youth of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have no hockey stadium and this facility still unfinished even after four years, while Rs 170 million has been spent on its construction.
During windstorm, fence of stadium was collapsed due to poor material used by the contractors.
Talking to TNS, the citizens said that due to negligence of administrative officials, this project could not be completed.
