Islamabad, March 30 (TNS): Islamabad police seized huge quantity of liquor and drugs from federal capital, officials said here on Thursday.
Abpara Police station team conducted a raid at a house located at G-7/2 sector of Islamabad and arrested accused Akram Masih alias Bali.
Police also recovered 160 bottles of liquor and 240 grams of drug from his possession.
Police arrested three suspects within the jurisdiction of Sabzi Mandi Police Station and recovered 2 pistols, stolen motorbike and mobile phones.
Police also arrested an accused wanted in two murder cases.
CIA police action against drug traffickers seized 1170 grams drugs from Bahrah Koh area.
Shalimar Police Station team arrested accused Shakil Ahmed and recovered 8 cans of beer.
During an operation, the Shalimar police arrested two thieves.
Police recovered stolen valuables from accused Mohammad Saleem and Gul Nawaz.
