Islamabad, April 2 (TNS): Dead body of a newborn baby has been recovered from the garbage at Kuri Road area, officials say here on Monday.
The incident took place within jurisdiction of Khana police station where people found body of newborn and informed the police.
Police rushed to scene and recovered the body from garbage and shifted it to PIMS.
Police also kicked off its investigations into the matter.
