MUZAFFARABAD April 5 (TNS): The Neelum Jhelum Power House has been connected to the national grid.
According to a spokesperson for the Power Division, the connection of 500 kilowatts had successfully been made from Nokhar to Rawat.
He said the Neelum Jhelum Power Plant has the capacity to produce 960 megawatts of electricity.
He said that 500 KV Rahim Yar Khan and 220 KV Mansehra have also been connected to the national grid which will help improve power supply to South Punjab and Hazara division respectively.
