NAB KP initiates inquiry against illegal housing society

PESHAWAR April 6 (TNS): The National Accountability Bureau Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa has initiated an inquiry against Chinar Gul alias Hamza of Sheikh Yaseen Town Mardan for cheating the public at large worth millions of rupees in the garb of a fake housing society.
A spokesman for NAB KP said that accused Chinar Gul alias Hamza lured general public on the pretext of fake residential plots, houses, shops and a commercial plaza on the basis of a different ratio of profit and loss.
The said housing society and other plazas were being managed by a firm namely Rifha & Zohaib Associates. The accused persons after a lapse of years did not allot the residential plots, houses, shops and the commercial plaza to any of the affected nor was the invested money returned.
Another inquiry against the accused pertaining to cheating public at large in Sheikh Yaseen Town, Peshawar is already underway at NAB KP.
The NAB has directed the affected persons to approach the office of the NAB KP director general, PDA Complex, Block III, Phase V, Hayatabad Peshawar for registering their claims during office hours up to April 20.
