Islamabad, April 8 (TNS): Action Committee of Ministry of Commerce Employees Cooperative Housing Society (MOCECHS), disappointed by authorities who failed to take action against corrupt mafia, has decided to hand over Housing Society to corrupt officials of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Talking to TNS, Chairman Action Committee (MOCECHS), Chaudhry Arshad said that after holing a press conference and announcement of hunger strike, they will hand over control of Housing Society to corrupt element in NAB.
He said high-ranking NAB officials involved in corruption and Chairman Javed Iqbal unable to take action against those black-sheep in watchdog.
He added that “Say no to Corruption” slogan of NAB has been proved spurious as corrupt officials still abusing their power in the watchdog.
Chaudhry Arshad said the officials of MOCECHS would hold a press conference on Tuesday and will disclose all details of corrupt NAB officials.
He said they will present undeniable proofs of corruption against NAB officials.
Chairman Action Committee MOCECHS said that administration and 10,000 affected members of society would stage ‘hunger strike till death’ outside NAB Head-office in Islamabad.

He also appealed lawyers, journalists and civil society to come forward against corrupt mafia which destroyed a well-organized housing society and brought uncertainty to future of 10,000 members who invested their hard-earning income.
Chaudhry Arshad again urged NAB Chairman to take action against the land mafia and corrupt NAB officials trying to grab control of the society.
“We had appealed NAB chairman several times to bring the corrupt officials to accountability, damaging the credibility of the prime anti-graft watchdog and not to allow them to dent the image of the institution, which the honorable NAB Chairman Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal himself heads”, Chaudhry Arshad said.
He said that disappointed 10,000 affected members of MOCECHS demand Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar and Chief of Army Staff Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa to take notice of their miseries and provide them justice.
