Islamabad, April 10 (TNS): IGP Islamabad Dr. Sultan Azam Temuri taking notice of alleged harassment ordered to address grievances face by female officers of Islamabad Police.
IGP Islamabad received an anonymous application by female officers of Islamabad Police in which they expressed their reservations, says a statement issued by IG Office.
IGP Islamabad took the issue very seriously and marked inquiry to AIG Operations Asmatullah Junejo.
After which AIG Operations and ASP (UT) a female police officer held a darbar of all women police officers to address their problems.
As a result of inquiry three officers have been suspended and disciplinary action has been initiated.
