FAISALABAD/SARGODHA, July 03 (TNS): At least eight people were killed in rail and road accidents in Faisalabad and Sargodha on Tuesday.
According to reports, four people, identified as husband, wife and their two children killed on the spot when a train hit their motorcycle at an unmanned crossing in Faisalabad’s Pakka Ana area.

Four more people died and three others were injured in collision between two vehicles in Sargodha on Tuesday.
Police said that an over speeding truck hit a passenger van at RiverJhelum Bridge in Sargodha.
The van was badly damaged in the collision resulting in death of four people and leaving three others injured. The bodies and injured were shifted to a private hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The police impounded both vehicles and after registering a case into the incident have started the investigation.
