NOWSHERA, 24 April (TNS): Some 17 disgruntled MPAs of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Monday rejected the horse trading charges leveled against them by party chief Imran Khan and appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) to constitute a judicial commission to probe horse-trading in the Senate election.

The MPAs, including Qurban Ali Khan, Wajihu Zaman, Yasin Khalil, Naseem Hayat and others addressing a joint press conference here, he said they would respond to the show-cause notices served by the party, besides moving a court if Imran Khan did not apologize for leveling false charges against them.

Meanwhile talking to media-persons in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak said an inquiry was underway and all those members of the provincial assembly (MPA’s) would be restored if cleared of allegations.
