Islamabad, April 24 (TNS): Bollywood Star Ranbir Kapoor will be starring in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic named as “Sanju” directed by Rajkumar Hirani who is also known for “3 idiots”.
The teaser of Sanjay Dutt’s biopic was released on Tuesday and it depicts the ups and downs in the tumultuous journey of the Bollywood actor.
“Barfi” actor Ranbir Kapoor has nailed the role to perfection especially in terms of looks. The actor portrays different stages of Sanjay’s life from a newcomer to stardom.
The film teaser shows Ranbir Kapoor who is playing Dutt coming out of jail at the beginning of the story.
It also shows that Sanjay Dutt had a lungs disease at the age of 22, a fact many fans do not know and also his Drug addiction.

The teaser highlights the stardom of the actor as well as the time he spends behind bars during his life.
Ranbir says in the teaser in one of his dialogues,“I’ve roamed in chartered planes as well as begged on streets for a bus ticket,” “I’ve stayed in the hotels of New York from whose windows the entire city could be seen. But I’ve also stayed in a jail where there was not even one window.” “Worn watches and handcuffs,” which shows the Rollercoaster ride of Sanjay Dutt’s Journey, from nothing to everything and vice versa.
Sanju is set to be released on June 29.The full trailer of the film will release on April 27.
The film also stars Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Manisha Koirala and Paresh Rawal in key roles.
