D I KHAN, April 25 (TNS): Three security personnel were injured when unknown assailants threw a hand grenade at a check-post in Liaquat Bagh area here Wednesday, police said.
Two of the injured were stated to be stable while the third was shifted to Peshawar for treatment. Meanwhile, attackers riding a motorcycle shot dead Tehsil Council member Muhammad Ibrahim in Maddi area of Kulachi. In a road mishap in Panyala, a dumper hit a motorcycle killing the rider on the spot.
