ATC releases PTI Councilor Baldaive Kumar in Soran Singh murder case

Peshawar April 26 (TNS): An Anti-terrorism court in Peshawar on Thursday ordered to release Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) District Councilor Baldaive Kumar and other suspects of member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Sardar Soran Singh murder case.

According to details, hearing the case an ATC court ordered to release the suspects involved Soran Singh murder case while giving the benefit of the doubt.

Sardar Soran Singh, a leading Sikh activist and member of the assembly of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, was shot dead by unidentified attackers in Buner on April 22, 2016. The responsibility for his assassination had been claimed by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan.

However, police had arrested Kumar over alleged connections with the murder of Singh on  April 25 from swat.
