Sialkot May 1 (TNS): Counterterrorism Department of Punjab police foiled a terror bid on Tuesday as it has arrested two suspected terrorists of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan from Sialkot prior to Shab-e-Bara’at
According to Counterterrorism Department of Punjab police, the terrorists were held from the city area of Orah Chowk.
“The detained saboteurs wanted to launch a terrorist activity on Shab-e-Bara’at,” said the CTD sources.
According to police, the arrested terrorists were identified as Wajahat Hussain and Sajjad Ahmad, belong to Sialkot.

Police have recovered explosives from their possession while the suspected terrorists were shifted to an undisclosed location for investigation.
