Islamabad, May 3 (TNS): Minister for Education and Professional Training Engineer Baligh-ur-Rehman says hundred thousand youth are getting training under programmes launched by National Vocation and Technical Training Commission (NVTTC), state media reported.
He was addressing International Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Conference in Islamabad on Thursday.
The Minister said for the first time a National Skills Strategy (NSS) has been prepared to prepare skilled manpower for accelerated socio-economic development of the country.
