ISLAMABAD, May 4 (TNS): Punjab Minister for Cooperatives, Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar on Friday said that scrutiny process of applications received for the allotment of land to landless people of Cholistan is in progress.
He said so far about fifty-five thousand applications have been received by the Cholistan Development Authority for the allotment of land, Radio Pakistan reported.
He said twenty-two thousand, six hundred and fifty-one applications have been found valid after scrutiny while the process of scrutiny of remaining applications is in progress.
