Rawalpindi, May 13 (TNS): General Bajwa has expresses grief over the loss of innocent lives in Neelum Valley bridge collapse accident, says a statement issued by ISPR.
He directed for all possible assistance to civil admission for relief and rescue. Special SSG divers team has been sent for search operation.
At least 25 tourists were feared drowned when a bridge collapsed in Neelum Valley, Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
According to police, the incident occurred when the touring students from Punjab were crossing the bridge at Kundal Shai area which collapsed due to pressure.
Four dead bodies and eleven injured have been rescued so far.
