Nowshera, May 17 (TNS): At least one person killed and 9 were found injured in Nowshera on Thursday after a suicide blast on a security forces convoy occurred near Kachehri Chowk area.
5 of the injured were police officials, according to media reports. According to the police officials, the attack occurred when a suicide bomber, riding on a motorcycle targeted the police convoy.
District Police officer Naeem Bukhari confirmed the count of casualties, the attack took place near the hometown of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pervaiz Khattak
