FAISALABAD, May 20 (TNS): The food Department has achieved 50.38 per cent wheat target so far by purchasing 2,693,068 bags of wheat during the current wheat procurement drive in Faisalabad division.
A spokesman for the Food Department said here Sunday that 3,880,247 bags (bardana) had been distributed among wheat growers, which is equal to 72.59 per cent of the target.
