Islamabad, June 7 (TNS): Accountability Court Islamabad has rejected the application of Former Minister Nawaz Sharif for exemption from appearance in Avenfield reference.
Earlier, Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and retired captain Safdar had requested for exemption from appearance from 11th to 15th of this month.
Exemption was requested as the former Prime Minister wanted to go abroad to inquire the health of his wife Kalsoom Nawaz, who is currently in London for treatment.
Hearing of the case has been adjourned till tomorrow (Friday).
