Islamabad, June 19 (TNS): National Database and Registration Authority have clarified on Tuesday, that no sensitive data or information has been leaked to anyone.
Earlier PTI urged the election commission to make an inquiry regarding the concerns of information leaked of CNIC related details through NADRA.
The electoral lists details had been allegedly leaked to journalists under the right to information law, according to the letter sent by Election Commission Pakistan (ECP) to NADRA.

NADRA assured that the data did not contain any electoral rolls or personal details of any CNIC holder; however, they confirmed that the statistical number about gender, minorities, and age-groups of CNIC holders was shared.
The Database autho0rity confirmed that every 18 years old in the country is a CNIC holder.
