Elections 2018: PTI seeks permission for final rally at Islamabad’s D-Chowk

ISLAMABAD: PTI on Wednesday submitted a written request in the office of deputy commissioner Islamabad for holding a public gathering on July 23, two days prior to general elections.

The request, which was submitted by PTI Senator Faisal Javed, says the PTI wants to hold a public gathering at D-chowk Islamabad, the chief guest at which will be PTI Chief Imran Khan.

“It is therefore requested to your good self to kindly grant permission for this jalsa and pass necessary orders for appropriate action,” it says.

PTI kicked off its election campaign from Mianwali from last Sunday which was addressed by party chief Imran Khan. PTI has also finalized Imran Khan’s election campaign plan.

According to PTI leader Faisal Javed, PTI chief Imran Khan will address more than 100 public meetings all over the country during marathon campaign for the upcoming general elections.

PTI will hold its final public meeting of the election campaign at D-Chowk Islamabad on July 23 where Imran Khan will unveil agenda of new Pakistan.
