Lahore, July 8 (TNS): President Pakistan Muslim League (N) Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday paid rich tribute to young commander of Kashmir freedom movement Burhan Wani on his second martyrdom anniversary.
Shehbaz took to Twitter to pay great homage to the martyred Kashmiri commander.
“Burhan Wani represented the aspirations of Kashmiri youth. The flame of freedom ignited by his martyrdom has inspired a whole generation. His sacred blood has infused a spirit of defiance in the face of the Indian state terrorism that no power can ever kill. May his soul RIP! –ss”, Shehbaz tweeted.
The 2nd martyrdom anniversary of the prominent Kashmiri youth leader, Burhan Muzaffar Wani is being observed on both sides of LoC on Sunday with a renewed pledge to continue struggle for accomplishment of martyrs mission.
The day dawned with special prayers for the early liberation of Jammu and Kashmir from illegal Indian occupation.
Rallies have been arranged across AJK to observe the martyrdom anniversary of Burhan Muzaffar Wani.
