Islamabad, July 8 (TNS): Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider on Sunday said that India has been committing the human rights violations in held Kashmir and international community should break its silence on these injustices.
Raja said this while addressing a rally in connection with martyrdom anniversary of Burahn Wani at D-Chowk in Islamabad.
He said that Burhan Muzaffar Wani’s martyrdom provides an ample spirit to the freedom movement of innocent Kashmiri people.
He said Hurriyet leader Asiya Andrabi is the voice of voiceless people and the occupation forces once again violated the UN resolutions by shifting her to New Delhi.
The AJK PM warned Indian government to free her immediately otherwise Modi will be responsible for the situation. Haider said Pakistan is our advocate and we hope that international community will pay attention to the long standing issue of held territory.
A huge rally was taken out from China Chowk to D-Chowk in commemoration of the young Hizb-ul-Mujahideen freedom fighter Burhan Muzaffar Wani, who was assassinated by Indian occupation forces in the occupied valley on July 8, 2016. The rally was organized by the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Pakistan Chapter and chanted slogans against India.
In an exclusive interview with our Islamabad correspondent Bilal Mehsud, Hurriyet leader Syed Yousuf Naseem said that Burhan Wani’s Martyrdom rally will highlight the “cataclysm aftermath” involving one lakh Kashmiris martyred and so far hundreds of Kashimiris injured by pellet guns and blinded by occupation forces.
