Islamabad, July 13 (TNS): Caretaker government on Friday rubbished media reports which suggested that NAB team reached Abu Dhabi to arrest Nawaz Sharif and his daughter.
Minister for Law and Information and Broadcasting Syed Ali Zafar has said that Pakistani authorities have no power to arrest anyone outside the territorial jurisdiction of Pakistan.
In response to media queries, he said any news item being reported in this regard is baseless and contrary to truth.

After nearly a month-long stay, the PML-N supreme leader and his daughter began their journey to Pakistan from London’s Heathrow Airport late on Thursday.
They landed at Abu Dhabi airport this afternoon for a stopover. Their flight is stated to have delayed by an hour and a half.
The father-daughter duo is now expected to touch down at the Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore at around 7:45pm.
